I've not tried it yet (I should) but initial thoughts on differences between CardiganBay and Clerk.

Clerk more comprehensive, and has libraries available. But you write and build as if it's a Clojure project.

Cardigan Bay is more for casual / light-weight bit of Clojure embedded in something more wiki-like.
