Here's how I learnt about EdgeCompetiencies, BroadCatching and how NetworksCreateValue.
Sometime, back in about 1995-6, I came across the Really Big Button That Doesn't Actually Do Anything. And my life was changed.
The really big button is a web-site with a button that doesn't do anything. And a list of user comments.
The point is, that the user comments are hilarious. The guy who created this struck a gold-mine of user participation. A brilliant comedy site, completely generated by the audience (with just a tiny seed from the original author.)
(BTW : my favourite comment is from Bucky Edgett.)
