Then asks what would be the right little-language to make the web elegant? How would such a language model the web. How would it theorize links, pages, RDF like graphs of nodes?
Then goes into rhetoric (OnRhetoric), the tension between the rhetorical and the logical. Why he wants to be both a writer and a builder of tools in which to write :
Why bother with all this? Because it's fun, and just as Csound helped me understand what sound is, building my own system is a good way to learn what text really is, what typography is, what narrative is in the context of the web.
