Haven't found many in Brazil. But Argentina is full of highly civilized cafes.

• Often an interesting part of the MediaSystem as people go there to talk to each other.

• TheSanctuaryCafe ... where some ThoughtStormians can sometimes be found, live, on Saturday mornings. (But PhilJones only on rare occasions when I'm in the UK.)
