** - clicks only start the video playing, don't take the viewer to the site. (Ultimately what's the value of paid click? The intention to respond, or the intention to visit the site or the intention simply to know more (by watching a video);
*** probably clicking the video has a value between showing a video without clicking and clicking to visit. Obviously the user wants to know more, but may only want to know more about the advert itself (if the first image looks particularly intriguing.) This second danger is pretty much excluded with boring text-ads.
