Can everyone be a property owner?
Clearly everyone can have stuff. What I mean is, can everyone be a property owner in the sense of having property which accumulates in value, which you can rent out or otherwise get some kind of income from?

I guess they can own different things and rent each other what they don't have. (See also TheAgeOfAccess).

Exponents of PeakOil theory assume that property (particularly in the suburbs) will crash as oil gets permanently expensive, and most people who have been taking out larger debts financed by their rising house-prices will suffer pretty badly.
