Was a service from BlackBeltJones, kind of like ShouldExist

If you wait long enough, someone will write/build/design what you were thinking about.

I describe a feature I think should exist in hopes that someone else will code it.

Was at http://www.lazyweb.org/ but no longer exists, and while there are variants of this idea around, I don't think as a major way of getting things done, it really took off.
