Whatever system you want to build :

• a) it can be represented by a sequence of actions, which can in turn be represented by a long string of bits or large binary number.

• b) there must be some context (number base) where that number is represented by the string : "10"

• c) or equally, there must be some HuffmanEncoding where that string is represented by 1 symbol.

The challenge is just to find that context :-)
