Seems like the talk of organic wholeness in grand-strategy in the first piece suggests that GrandSrategy could mean good design for the defence system of a NationState or other society?

From a NetoCracy perspective, grand strategy is attaching yourself to "good" nodes and detaching yourself from "bad". Eg. to flows of valuable information, to stocks that are stable and can be relied on etc.
