This is a thread on why most members of the House subcommittee on Finance should first write millions of dollars of refund checks to FTX, then resign their positions in disgrace.

It is a work in progress and I don't believe in drafts so read this later for full receipts.

First of all, everyone knows what's happening with FTX so I won't touch on the meat and potatoes of this. I went digging for the ugly pocket lint. And there's alot of ugly pocket lint to be found here, which is why the mainstream media is worthless trash.

They have already made the decision to gloss over this. Fried initially granted two interviews, one to the NYT, the journalist in question made no mention that this is the largest financial fraud in history. He was painted as a poor boy trying to save the world and did an oops

The second was Vox. In this case, the criminal dork was hoping for that same propaganda spin from Vox. Since you know, they donated millions of dollars to Vox, and the girl from the FTX polycule knows the credited journalist personally. But that didn't happen.

Instead the journalist at Vox let the criminal dork text her incriminating statement after statement. In the end, she didn't even attempt to organize them into an article, she just literally posted the texts.

And boy that was some incriminating shit wasn't it? the sister company to FTX made a terrible investment and required a bailout. FTX got their back using CUSTOMER FUNDS. Also these two companies were loaning its executives money from customer funds.

Furthermore, criminal dork admits to coding a backdoor into his system which allowed him to illegally move funds without alerting regulators. Also, the day bankruptcy was declared for FTX, a "hack" spirited away what money was left in the exchange to the Bahamas.

The Bahamas also have a bankruptcy suit for FTX. So the hack was criminal dork spiriting away the rest of the money. Then he threw himself down at the mercy of the authorities there, financially speaking. You always want to be arrested for financial crimes in countries that

Exist solely to launder and hide money. So that's what he did.

How does this relate to the House Subcommittee on Finance?

The HSCF (abbreviated because I'm lazy) announced in a website press release that they intend to investigate FTX. The current CEO of FTX is the same man who handled Enron after it detonated. He's the cleaner.

I don't mean that in any nefarious way at all. His job is to unravel the criminal dork polycule scam and try to make people whole. This was the guy who handled the last largest financial fraud in history after it was uncovered.

He's already admitted to the press that this is the largest clusterfuck of literally time, perpetrated by a bunch of weird amateurs who barely completed internships in finance before going out on their own

Now back to the HSCF. Maxine Waters leads the committee. She issued the press release. Of course, I read the release. This seems like a good thing. Then I watched videos of her hugging the criminal dork she's going to investigate and a video of her blowing him a kiss after a

Particularly titillating donation check I'm sure.

It turns out that FTX has been making massive political donations to all these people that will now be investigating them. Jesus Garcia got hundreds of thousands I think. I'm sure anyone that reads this that's savvy with Open Secrets can unravel the rest. FTX literally handed

in all likelihood, especially when you factor in dark money, millions of dollars. There's a decent chance some of these donations to their friends on the committee could be stolen funds.

Your job is to investigate fraud, not take stolen money. So you should lose your job. And Maxine Waters ought to be fucking ashamed of her fraud ass. You have fallen so far from thr politician questioning the CIA about all the crack they dealt in Cali that you used to be

Now your friends deal crack online and you blow them kisses

And what's pathetic about the media is that these liberal cultural elites literally get paid to dig up this information and are just too compelled by liberal identity politics to cover for this fraud and downplay how this criminal dork is a lib hero

The level of liberal journalist bootlicking on this topic is insane. https://t.co/MnqrEh5v8E

https://t.co/1bbJzXLyzt

https://t.co/lmS6EvLZzs

There is no legitimate reason that these three authors above should even have a job. You're pathetic

I need you to remember when you're watching the Netflix series on this years down the road that you didn't get this part of it from any legitimate media sources, you found out from an electrician on Twitter who hates neoliberalism and fraud

And let's all pray together that Tom Brady sunk his entire fortune into this scam after openly getting away with ppp fraud

You pick any financial scandal during the Trump administration and any FIVE of them combined does not equal to what this will eventually be.

All democrats have to do is just get through 4 years without openly mocking the population and they simply cannot do it

The lower the bar gets for them to appear decent, the more I hate this party, especially when it's in power.

How do you keep letting Enrons explode on your fucking watch dummies?

I've made dozens of threads exposing all different kinds of fraud. They never have any impact. Some of my best finds barely even get read. So I'm not going to go through the effort to dig up each donation on open secrets. There's not a real payout for doing it.

But if you feel compelled to farm open secrets in your own attempt to take a crack at this, SBF has a PAC, the data will be there in part on open secrets for donations I mentioned among hundreds of thousands if not millions more. I was able to find half a dozen people on the

Committee taking money from this dude while he was swindling millions of people

Their donations were done in a bipartisan manner, sort of. People at the company just chose politicians they wanted to ingratiate themselves with. You had some donating to republican election deniers. Some donating to Win Red PAC, so its not just democrats. Mostly it is tho.

This guy is a Democrat hero after all his donations. That needs to be said.

And so even though I'm in favor of prison abolition, I think the Alameda and FTX executives should be jailed or put on some type of house arrest for the rest of their natural lives.

They ruined millions of people. And they have displayed already the cunning and expertise

to hide this money. Hacking it away to the Bahamas is the linchpin here. Because they likely hid some of the theft for their after lives when not even a gas station will hire them

They don't deserve a chance to spend another dime of this money.

There will inevitably be people who faced with a financial Wipeout will eat their gun or swallow a bottle of old percs. And there will be people that have to confront this years down the road after the lawyers get all the money that's left

And some of them will end their lives as well. And they ought to be considered at sentencing

I'll just end this rant by saying that one of the main reasons no one was paying attention to these scammers is because their company is viewed by the US government as an entity similar to turbo tax. Same class designation

Does that seem appropriate to you, a lay person?

Just going to mention one last thing. No names here, maybe I could get sued?

Anyways, one of the FTX/Alameda kids was literally an intern for a Democrat on the committee

This is what got me going and I've now posted everything I jotted down on a post it while I was searching. You get a huge gold star if you can figure out who interned for which democrat

It's increasingly hard to live in a world where professionals are paid to deliver information to the public and I can manage to do a better job than them while taking an on the clock dump
