I once came up with this phrase as the title of a track when I was in a kind of cynical ambivalent mood. Maybe I'll dig it out and MP3 it :-)

Meanwhile, here's an article suggesting that happy people are more likely to hold negative stereotypes of other groups. And that it might therefore be bad for society as a whole.
