When it's easy to classify things, people do it. Wiki has the ultra-easy CategoryCategory standard. Others are appearing.

More importantly, when it's hard to classify, people don't do it. Sometimes people won't enter data onto the net at all if classification is too difficult.

Easy classification will build the SemanticWeb
