Seems to be something like a TuringMachine operating in a higher dimensional space than a 1-D tape. And which can be compiled into a NeuralNetwork.

There's something slightly hilarious about the "an instruction that looks like a neuron" line. And I won't hold me breath for it to solve the MindBodyProblem. Still, might be interesting ...
