Knowledge Management and Translation

The problem:

*Need for combined dictionaries, thesauruses (thesauri?), word, context knowledge management and searchable container of past work to use in current tasks.

*Classification by field of work (legal, technical etc.) and client

*Professional software costs around 600 dollars


*Shareware, notsolegalware and anything I can access online

*Turn the text into two columns (Text->Table in Openoffice or Word, then insert new column, landscape page layout) and put the translation parallel in the second column. Save in database readable format, import into database. Bam. Searchable container of past work. Jiggle with the fields a bit and you can add client, field of work and the upload the lot so you can work on the road or in an internet cafe. It's a copy of this page
