Welsh word for a spiritual longing for a home which maybe never was. Nostalgia for ancient places to which we cannot return. It is the echo of the lost places of our soul's past and our grief for them.
It is in the wind, and the rocks, and the waves.
It is nowhere and it is everywhere.
Interesting. I'd not heard the term. But it's a very Welsh vibe.
And a good contrast to Hauntology. Though you could imagine a certain amount of overlap between the two. Overlaps Portuguese "saudade" too.
But maybe here it's like "I wish I belonged to this cool story" or TheWantingWithoutAName
