This is actually horribly plausible. Think how many bots try to get you to chat to them in order to take advantage of you. Now imagine them empowered with GPT4. In a short time, a large % of your online "friends" might all be scam-bots looking for an in!

ArtificialIntelligence is obviously going to get used to create fake personas who will try to befriend you on social media to take advantage of you. Most likely to rip you off.

Think of that for a moment, think how we are already assaulted by bots selling us disinformation, spam and scams.

Now imagine how plausible they'll be once we get GeneralPretrainedTransformer 4. Imagine you are bombarded continuously with online bots trying to befriend you in the most plausible / human sounding ways possible.
