@johnfknulles Something that sort of surprised and delighted me was the Bastl Kastle. I've written lofi synthesis for Arduinos before. And it's kind of fun but basic.
But I never thought of just using two simple Arduinos and connecting them through raw analogue electricity.
Which is what the Kastle does so one modulates the other.

Digital but relying on analogue parallelism when that makes things easier.
I guess my point is that there are any number of clever / quick / dirty hacks for musical communication / coordination / perturbation, if you are creative.
