My friend Hilan complains that I'm structuring some of the arguments here in a way he doesn't find compelling. I tell him he can always refactor or offer an alternative structuration of the problem.
In doing so I explain the origin of the term "refactoring" and I see again how wiki derives from ExtremeProgramming
In practice, wiki isn't as easy to refactor as it would seem. But the Federated Wiki is an interesting and plausible way forward.
